December – Party, Travel, Rave, Repeat

December is around the corner and so are the Christmas vacation and the new years break! Can’t make up your mind about where to go in the party season ? Here are some of our picks –

1. Goa – For obvious reasons, Goa is the party capital of India. Clear blue water, sandy beaches to insane nightlife and vibrant atmosphere; Goa has it all. And that is why, it is the number one place to head to in this December. New Years Eve sees loads of parties in Goa, from the banquets in the upmarket hotels to the 10 day long parties on the beach. Think Thai Full Moon Parties but a bit more spread out, so you can hop from beach to beach.

The last week of December also sees Goa hosting ‘Sunburn’, the popular EDM festival. However, this time the tourists are going to have an option of another dance musical fesival, soon to be launched by Nikhil Chinapa. Watch out for this one!

2. Mumbai – After Goa, it is our B-town famous for its happening party circuit. Go to a house party or an elegant place like Aer, Dome. Clubs like Tryst, Hype and Royalty are very popular with the youngsters. Partying in Mumbai, you are bound to have a good time!

4. Pune – Pune has some great nightspots to unwind and have a blast. Ouzos, Swig, Stone water grill, Hard rock cafe are some of the places to check out for the party scene.

6. Bangalore – Bangalore sure does live up to its moniker of Pub City. With the growing influence of western culture, copious numbers of nightclubs, discotheques, lounge and bars have turned up, enhancing the nightlife of Bangalore. Herewith, the nocturnal tourists have got a wide range of places to select from. Sutra, Fuga, Hard Rock Cafe and Shiro come recommended.
