World Travel is not overrated, day 2

Hey y’all! What’s new with you?

Today I’m going to assume that you’ve read yesterdays post (if not, scroll over to it Now!) and give you two more reasons to travel the world!

REASON # 3
BECAUSE OF, ALL THE STORIES YOU’LL BE ABLE TO TELL :
So okay, you’re a great orator and have the amazing gift of gab? You’re so cool even ice cubes are jealous? Well then you’re already half way there. If you travel more, you’ll get more material to work with, in any situation. When you go someplace, anyplace, and meet different people, you notice even the small things about them, seemingly insignificant details and then they stay with you, etched into your memories, that’s the most beautiful parting gift you can ever get from anyone. And hey lets face it, who doesn’t like coming back with a story that involves an exotic looking locale who was oh-so-swoon-worthy. 😉

REASON # 4
BECAUSE, YOU CAN GET LOST
Okay so this is a controversial one. I’m not trying to promote any social exploitation here, just that the experience of getting lost in a new place, can be dangerous, and fun. Try asking for directions in a language you don’t speak or understand. That’s fun, but if you try it with a dicey person and ignore every warning your gut sends out, then it’s dangerous. It’s a good idea to do a good and thorough research on your vacation destination and always stay alert, pay attention to how the landscape behaves around you. Yes, the landscape. Once you’re cued in with that behavior, getting lost will become not just a discovery of the place, but also yourself.

Think about it.

Sometimes we find ourselves in the middle of nowhere, and sometimes in the middle of nowhere, we find ourselves.

I’m gonna push off now, OkayBye!
