#3 Athirappilly Waterfalls

A calm beach found on the outskirts of Thiruvananthapuram, is the perfect getaway location if you are a beach lover! The waves breaking against the shore is utterly therapeutic and if you’re feeling a little religious, there is a Vishnu temple and an Ashram at close distance to the beach.

#5 Kerala Kathakali Center

The birthplace of the traditional dance, Kathakali, the Kerala Kathakali Center is the best to marvel over the performances that ranges from dances to martial arts, all showing traces of a sense of reality.

#6 Poovar Island

Poovar is a nature’s gem where Lake, River, Sea and beach meet the land. It is unspoiled and unexplored and has a dreamy golden sand beach opens out to the Arabian Sea. Poovar shares historical ties with the legendary King Mathanda Varma Maharaja.

#7 Padmanabhapuram Palace
