Room n House enters A Strategic partnership with Booking Holding

In 2013, Room n House was born out of belief to provide alternate accommodations to people in India.
For over half a decade, we have been in the forefront to provide services to people and corporate clients.
Our platform expanded to 84 cities with over 17k listings.
And today, we find ourselves at another great juncture which we are extremely happy for.
Room n House has entered a strategic partnership with Priceline Group through Booking.com Holding.
The supply of Room n House will now be completely merged with Booking.com to strengthen its reach in this space. Booking.com will use Room n House resources to expand and dig deeper into tier 2-3 markets.
On a fully diluted basis, Booking holding will hold 100% stake in the company, with founder and investors exiting.

What does it mean for Room n House?
Room n House employees will be retained by Booking.com group and expand the alternate accommodation space in India and SEA.

Room n House had earlier raised funding from couple of angel investors and institutional funding from Euph Ventures.
